Listening Books is for people of all ages who find that their illness, disability, learning or mental health condition impacts on their ability to read print, hold a book or turn it's pages.

Membership costs just £25 per year, and you can give that special someone access to our vast collection of audiobooks, available 24 hours a day. Members can download and listen to books on the go using the Libby app, or stream them online through our website.
At no additional cost, our members also receive access to thousands of newspapers and magazines from all over the world through our partner service PressReader.
If you are worried that the technological side of things might be too much for your friend or relative, but you know they’d love the books, then we can help as much as they need. We are happy to talk them through setting up the app over the phone, and how to choose and borrow our books.
